Proof of Purchase is always required.

Accessories and consumables are not guaranteed.
This includes batteries, lamps, remotes, cables, etc.

The 14 day exchange is for the same product and subject to proof of purchase, return of all packaging and the condition of the product.
Large appliance faults will be attended to at your premises within 24 hours.
The 14 day exchange is not applicable to large appliances.

There is no guarantee on speakers that have been damaged or blown through misuse, negligence, mismatched amplifiers or incorrect installation.
Lighting or electrical surge damage is not covered under guarantee.

Please note that the guarantee does not include the transport costs.
Physical damage or normal wear and tear is not covered by guarantee.

Other exclusions from the guarantee include insect infestation, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, liquid damage or excessive use.

A loan set is only issued if you have a Double Impact Guarantee. This comes into effect if your product is not returned to you within seven days.
"Double Impact Guarantee" entitles you to an additional 2-year guarantee over and above the existing guarantee as well as double the difference back should you find the product cheaper elsewhere within 30 days (Excludes clearance sales or one-off promotions).
Unfortunately loan sets will not be provided for any large appliances, digital/video cameras or projection TV's or Plasmas.
Loan units may not be necessarily be the same size or features as your product purchased but will be equivalent in functionality.
The following items are excluded from the "Double Impact Guarantee": PS2, PSP, speakers, accessories, plasma TVs, small appliances, cell-phones and DSTV.

Repairs not collected within a three month period will be sold to defray expenses without notification.
Due to deflation and the reduction in price of technology replacements all credits will be done at current replacement value.
Goods remain the property of Hi-Fi Corporation until paid for in full.

The "Double Impact Guarantee" on white appliances includes labour, spares and call out. (24 to 48 working hours).
